Our restaurant shows
old plates of farmers
and shepherd of south
west Sardinia.
And so lentisk oil
with "Pecorino cheese"
and Cagliair's Malvasia
with some kid cheese
small pieces of toast.
Wild thistle whit broadbeam.
Curruxionis with
borragine and safron.
Malloreddus with
wild fennel and kid cheese.

Wild boar dressed
with alloro and red wine;
stewed meat of goat
dressed with
serpillo (thyme).
Roses and salvia
leaves fried food.
And finally the only
salvia ice cream
and the original
mushrooms ice cream.
Our lates can be tested
by everybody, we are
happy to teach our
cooking but only
in our restaurant you
can tast them better!
